Great case, fits everything and leaves room for power supply and mouse. Was the second bag I ordered for my 17.3 Alienware, this one is absolutely perfect.

This is a great bag, but I am VERY disappointed that the stitching on the strap and shoulder pad has started to come apart and unravel, rendering it useless. Now I see that I cannot exchange the bag due to it being 35 days since purchase. That's too bad, this is not a cheap bag, this bag is built FOR an Alienware which is not a light computer. Therefore it should be built to withstand the weight of the laptop. The only things my husband carries in the bag are the laptop, power supply, mouse, and Bose Earbuds. Whats even worse, is that my husband was out of town for over three weeks of the 35 days and couldn't have possibly sent the bag back or done anything while flying city to city. I'm just not happy over this situation.

I am more than pleased with my purchase. This bag is a lot more than I thought it would be, but it should be for the price tag. Tons of pockets and different storage options. I can honestly say bag did not see much use before I upgraded to the m18x r2 and had to get a new case (maybe 3 months worth of taking to class/friends house 3-5 days a week). Bag does offer a pretty good level of protection, dropped bag TWICE with laptop, charger, mouse, PS vita, and a Nintendo DS from about 3 ft and the 2nd time about 5 feet. Not even a scratch on the bag. I also like the carrying strap, much more comfortable then most bags I have owned in the past.

Pros: Lightweight, great quality material, great quality zipper/zipper pulls, tons of different pockets and storage options, airport/check friendly, protective, sleek head turner

Cons: Price, very front pocket, while handy, seems a little small, laptop is slightly loose if nothing else is placed into bag

This is a great laptop bag and i Love it! True, It is a bit on the big size ( think small suitcase size ), but has so MANY pockets and alcoves to stash all my stuff into! It has a lot of extra cushioning all around for outstanding protection! The handles & adjustable shoulder strap is very comfortable having extra Cushioning even when overloaded & the shoulder strap clips are heavy duty for extra strength !! It has 3 large sections each with its own solid and heavy duty zippers ( which i have indeed stressed to near limits often enough ) and plenty of extra storage room. It is large enough to carry my HP 17 in pavilion laptop, the power adapter and much, much more! It has 2 top carry handles with extra strong stitching and the whole case is very sturdy in appearance. Yes, it is a bit on the big side, but after alot of searching & proven usage, i am very glad i purchased this bag! I have packed it FULL to overflowing everyday, back & forth to work, twice a day for over 3 straight years now, carrying my laptop & accessories back & forth to work and it is just now starting to show signs of being almost ready to begin planning on replacing it ! ...As i start my search for a replacement for it, honestly, it is very likely that i will just go right on out & buy another one to replace it...Why on earth would i not! I give this bag 5+ Stars without hesitation !

I was Leary of purchasing this from someone other than Dell but so happy when I purchased it, and it arrived quickly, as promised. IT was packaged well so that there was no chance of damage during shipping. The Quality of the zippers and the whole bag is super fantastic. I like how sturdy this is and you can see the quality just by looking at it. Touching it you totally feel happy with the cost. I have seen so many bags from other places that are so expensive yet the quality is awful. I trust this bag to hold my Alienware lap top and little electronics with no fear of damage. Totally another purchase I am impressed with and I have no problem purchasing from them again.

Never thought that it would be hard to find a case for a 17.3" laptop. Most cases rated for 17" are made for exactly that: 17" and nothing more. Had found a Targus messenger case that I liked, but had very little in the way of storage. Thanks to fellow Amazon reviewers I went with this case and after 3 months of use am very happy with it.

Pros:
- 17.3" HP Dv7‑6c95dx fits perfectly
- Has everything I wanted from a case, and nothing I didn't
- Very well padded in all respects
- Very sturdy; I haven't been easy on it, but nothing on it has aged a bit
- Plenty of pockets and storage. I can easily carry all the client files and notes that I need
- USB and memory storage pockets are a nice touch
- Shoulder strap is padded and feels reliably sturdy
- Case looks good, have had several good comments
- Lays flat for airport scanners
- Still fits under seats on airlines
- Really like the hardened front pocket for carrying phones and other small vulnerables

Cons:
- Zippers can be difficult around corners. My Targus case never snags
- Could have had a better padded shoulder strap, especially since the case will get heavy with a full load. Targus case had a more comfortable shoulder pad

Would highly recommend this bag for those with a large laptop and amply storage requirements.
